- Appraisal
We are able to carry out an initial or detailed appraisal of proposed developments for both developers and funding institutions to ensure full compliance with legislation, as well as liability in respect of costing, advice in respect of procurement direction and the consultants involved.
- Draw Down Valuations
During a development we undertake routine monthly inspections to ensure quality as well as compliance with legislation. We also prepare draw down valuations for funding release.
- Master Planning
During the early stages of proposed developments we are able to produce master plans illustrating the development density available within a particular site. This can be used for costing and planning purposes.
- Monitoring
We are able to monitor work on behalf of funders and developers at any stage during the project to ensure compliance with legislation and any particular conditions.
- Cost Consultancy
We have a dedicated team who are conversant with up-to-date costs and construction methods. They are able to provide comprehensive cost and engineering advice for planned projects and developments.
