Rates Management

Rates Management is an additional service that Sanderson Weatherall's professionally qualified specialists provide to many rating clients.
 
We receive rates bills directly from the local billing authority, check and authorise these in a very short timescale, before reporting back to the client. 
 
Based on available information and taking the complex transitional arrangements into account, we also work with our clients to produce timely and accurate budget forecasts. 
 
If required, we can also arrange payment of rates accounts by cheque, direct debit, BACS or most other methods. By outsourcing the process of rates bills, we are able to save our clients time and money.
 
Our fees are extremely cost effective and are typically based on a fixed amount per month or per annum.
