  • Initial budget costs for either new build or refurbishment/fitting out works based on basic scheme parameters.
  • Prepare detailed cost plans on an elemental basis on completion of the initial design
  • Provide continuous cost evaluation on the scheme through its progress on site.

Insurance Valuations
Sanderson Weatherall has the expertise and latest cost information to assess the replacement cost of any building. It is vital that your property is accurately insured, thereby avoiding excessively high premiums and protecting against insufficient cover. Our valuations will include an allowance for demolition, site clearance, special location and geographical circumstances, professional fees and inflation.
 
Acting on a client's behalf, Sanderson Weatherall will:
  • Visit and measure the property
  • Consider the policy's existing conditions and provide advice
  • Prepare a report providing a recommendation of the minimum sum to be insured
  • Provide comment on alternative insurance options
